Andrii Golovynskyi is a researcher at Kyiv Institute of Cybernetics NAS of Ukraine. He specializes in supercomputer architectures, parallel computing, software development for cluster systems, and was one of the key architects of major Ukrainian supercomputers. Sergei Gorlatch is Professor at the University of Muenster, Germany
He has been Full Professor of Computer Science at the University of Muenster (Germany) since 2003. Earlier he was Associate Professor at the Technical University of Berlin, Assistant Professor at the Univeisity of Passau, and Humboldt Research Fellow at the Technical University of Munich in Germany. Sergei Gorlatch holds Dr. Habilitation degree from the University of Passau (Germany) and PhD degree from the Institute of Cybernetics of Kiev. Prof. Gorlatch has more than 100 refereed publications in renowned international journals and conferences. He has led several international research and development projects in the field of parallel, distributed and Cloud computing, funded by the European Commission and by German national bodies.

Sergey Edward Lyshevski is Professor of Electrical Engineering at Rochester Institute of Technology, USA.

Malenko Andrii works as a researcher in High Performance Computing Laboratory at Glushkov Institute of Cybernetics, Kyiv, Ukraine. His main activities include interface development, Web services and Web applications development, mathematical modeling, and HPC-related research. In 1986, he became co-founder and organizer of the first Mannheim Supercomputer Conference, which has been held annually ever since. Hans Meuer has been the ISC General Chair from the very beginning. In 1993, Hans Meuer started the TOP500 initiative together with Erich Strohmaier and Jack Dongarra.
